My child is ill or can't come in

Call the office on 01685 873933 before the start of the school day, on every day of absence. You can also message us on the My Child At School app.

Transport hasn't turned up

Call the office straight away so we know your child is safe and can let staff know. School transport is arranged by RCT Council.

The weather is bad or the school may close

Closures are posted on RCT's emergency closures page and sent through the My Child At School app. Check RCT closures.

I'm worried about my child's safety or wellbeing

Call the office and ask for the wellbeing team or the safeguarding lead. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.

My phone number or address has changed

Update your details in the My Child At School app or call the office, so we can always reach you.

I need to pay for school meals

Pay online through RCT Pay It. Go to Pay It.

I'm not happy about something

Talk to your child's teacher or the office first; most things can be sorted quickly. Our complaints policy explains the formal route.
